Tips for Dry Skin

If you are facing problem of having dry skin, it is essential that you take good care of your skin to prevent it from pre-mature wrinkles which is most often the result of having dry skin.

  1. Drink plenty of water because our body needs it, your skin needs it to keep your skin hydrated

  3. Take plenty of omega-r food. Essential fatty acids helps fortify your skin’s natural oil retaining barriers
  4. Stop wearing wool, synthetics or other fabrics that causes your skin to itch and irritate. Start wearing cotton and other natural fibers
